It was hazy why Samuel Fredrick Schmid, 28, didn’t appear for the appearance. The Associated Press revealed he wouldn’t come to court.
Schmid was captured on May 16 in Desert Hot Springs, Calif. regarding the burglary and running over of Alicia Gibellina, 60, at the Las Vegas gaming scene.
He was removed back to Nevada on Friday. He keeps on being held at the Clark County Detention Center. Schmid is accused of homicide, burglary, battery, and connivance, the AP said.
The May 11 occurrence occurred at Flamingo Road and Jones Boulevard in the unincorporated local area of Spring Valley, Nev. He supposedly looted a wallet from a player inside the gaming setting.
